As CFO, Marc is responsible for leading the global finance function of Jama Software, encompassing accounting, tax, treasury, and planning and analysis. Additionally, he oversees Jama Softwares global HR and legal functions. Marc brings a unique mix of financial management and commercial expertise, having served as a CFO in both publicly traded and private equity-backed technology software businesses, in addition to being the CEO of a global SaaS company. He spent the last six years at DTiQ Technologies where he was CFO from 2018-2022 and CEO from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, Marc was the global CFO of Lionbridge Technologies, a $500M+ multinational software and services organization that he helped take private in 2017. A certified public accountant in Massachusetts, Marc began his career in the technology audit practice at PwC and has also held a variety of accounting and financial positions of increasing responsibility and scope throughout his career.
